Questions
Does every member need their own Drive connection?
No. The team owner configures the shared destination. Members do not receive its credentials, and access to files outside BusyTrip still follows the destination's permissions.
Can I belong to more than one team?
Yes. Use the workspace selector to choose Personal or a team before scanning. New scans follow that workspace; switching does not move existing scans.
Can every team member see receipts and finance details?
Receipt and Finance access is granted separately from shared contacts.
Does leaving a team delete my contributions?
No. Shared BusyTrip history remains with the team until the team is deleted. Copies already filed to Drive or a CRM follow that service's retention settings. Contact the owner about removing shared data.
